Setup Procedure:
1. Go to my
tutorial page and watch the following tutorials: (2 Times)

2. Now go to our
school website and view the PowerPoint presentation titled: Word
Basic
3. After viewing
the following information, open Word and save the document as your last name
and tutor. Example, if your last name is smith, then your document would be
called smithtutor.
4. Now tell me
step by step directions on how to do the following items: (Don’t forget to use Gadwin Printscreen to add
images)
How to insert a
picture
How to insert
Word Art
How to save a
document
How to open a
document
How to make words
Bold, Italic, or Underline
How to change font
style and size
How to double
space your sentences
5. Each topic
should be underlined and typed in size
12 times new roman font as a heading. Then type the directions directly below
the heading. View this page as an
example.
6. Make sure you
save your work periodically.
