How to clean up your “Deleted” folder in IPSwitch.

1. This is the “Deleted” folder:

Make sure you empty this folder at least once a week.

2. Be sure to check and see how many pages of deleted emails you have in your “Deleted” folder. By default, the mail program will hold 10 emails per page. You may have 7 or more pages of deleted emails. Look at the top right-hand corner of the deleted folder page for the number of deleted pages. It looks like this:

In the example you can see that there are (0 of 0 ) pages. Note the “Empty Deleted Folder” above. This is the quickest way to delete all pages of deleted email.
