How to Add Groups to your Address
Book
>> Open the
address book
>> Click on
the "New" Image
>> You
should see this image:

>> Click
"New Contact"
>> Then you
will get this image:

>> Type name
of group in “Display” section. (e.g. pms staff)
>>Type address
of group in the section called “E-Mail Addresses”. (e.g. pms@floydboe.net) Then click “Add”. After
clicking “Add”, you will need to select all members of your group. Then click
“OK”.
> Follow these
instructions for every group.
